What causes pain in the ribs, shoulder, hips and back

There are countless benefits to regular stretching. The biggest impediment is not  knowing the right way to stretch so the body it may heal itself. For older adults this helps clear stored trauma and emotions. Chronic tightness and stress restricts the energy flow and causes everything to constrict and lock up. Another common reason the body is talking to you is from working out all the time without knowing how to stretch correctly to keep it in balance. The stronger we get the tighter we get.
