Stacey Nemour

Flexibility is an insanely overlooked as a key component in athletic performance. Whether child, adult or senior  there is no replacement for sports specific flexibility and mobility training. My comprehensive flexibility training system has always included mobility training, injury prevention and injury recovery for the complete dancer, athlete and performer.  For optimal sports performance this is  imperative.

I have noticed that trainers describe flexibility and mobility as stand-alone separate training. After being a pioneer in this field for over three decades-both flexibility and mobility training automatically improve each other if done correctly.

My purpose is to help others get to where they want to go quickly. I have brought the new paradigm shift in the field of flexibility, injury prevention/recovery, energy healing, and sports performance. I am passionate about shedding light on the solutions so athletes, gymnast, sports parents ad their children may avoid unnecessary  physical and emotional pain.

Lack of Flexibility can have  Detrimental effect on Mind & Body:

If an athlete or dancer is tight, this can be extremely taxing to the mind and body while trying to perform with a full range of motion. Compensation happens when trying to force the body to perform movements that it is not prepared to do. This causes the body to start fighting against itself, and is a major energy leak.

What’s the difference between flexibility and mobility:

Flexibility refers to the ability of a muscle or muscle group to lengthen passively through a range of motion, while mobility refers to the ability of a joint and the surrounding muscles to move actively through a range of motion. Both flexibility and mobility are essential for optimal movement and overall physical health. However, having good flexibility does not guarantee good mobility, and vice versa. It is important to address both aspects of physical fitness in your training regimen to achieve the best results

After the body has been stretched out properly, I incorporate the mobility training for the dancer or the athlete to perform at the full range of motion with the core control needed for their specific sport. The right program tailored for the exact sport, or dance specific needs and pain will:

1. Increase range for motion to perform with clean alignment.
2. Injury prevention
3. Improve posture.
4. Perform with more confidence.
5. Saves energy
6. Injury recovery
7. Increase speed and agility.
8. Better balance
9. Precise control with good form needed for martial arts, ballet, gymnastics, golf, tennis, and stunts.
10. Sleep better
11. Wring out stored trauma
12. Extend years doing what you love
13. Anti-aging
14. Clear pain
15. Avoid unnecessary surgeries

Stretching and mobility training is not one size fits all.

Everybody has had different traumas and a wide variety of needs depending on the demands of one’s sport. From severe back pain to hip and knee issues can be remedied by  learning to stretch the right way for your body. Even if you have tried everything and feel hopeless that is not the case here. My evidence based flexibility training system has delivered results to thousands. See How to Get Flexible Fast

I love nothing more than putting clients and course members back in touch with their instrument to perform beyond their wildest dreams.

Get unstuck

If you go to dance class, soccer practice, martial arts class any practices without a comprehensive flexibility training routine offered, progress may be limited,

Many times, coaches tell the student they will never be flexible, leaving them devastated. Only because the coach truly does not know how to help the student safely increase flexibility.

Flexibility tools for top performance

Matt:

The back doesn’t like a hard floor. Area with some clear wall space (walls and chair provide support)

Yoga Blocks:

There’s no reason to skip out on a deeper stretch or the perfect yoga pose just because your flexibility isn’t quite there yet. Yoga blocks are one of the most useful accessories for beginners, but even advanced yogis love using yoga blocks for support in poses where it's needed.

                                                  Stacey Posture Strap:
The Posture Strap can be used by anyone. The benefits include better posture, decreased stress and tension, less joint and muscle pain, greater energy, increased breathing capacity, great for frozen shoulder and torn rotator cuff. All you need to do is slip it on, cross the straps in back, pull it up and feel your body begin to straighten as you control the tightness with the Velcro. With regular use your shoulders will shift back giving you a taller, straighter appearance. Good posture is the body language of confidence and health.

Stacey Stretch Strap:

I cannot stress enough what an effective tool the strap is to increase flexibility, range of motion, and improves recovery of the muscles. Efficient way to stretch your upper and lower body with clean alignment to create new muscle memory. When I researched the market, I found the straps to be lacking in the essential elements of the correct level of resistance, tension. It also needed to be soft yet strong enough material to not painfully dig into skin and with the correct length and number of loops to suits all ages & heights. So, I created it myself!

 Calf Master Stretcher:

The Bob will increase speed, strength, ankle mobility, and vertical jump. It strengthens and stretches muscles, tendons, ligaments, helps treat plantar fasciitis, and is the ultimate lower leg solution. This simple, yet effective, device will relieve your pain in no time. It also strengthens and tones the calves, as well as trains your core.

No matter how much you stretch, sore muscles and Achilles’s tendons can hold you back.

There’s an innovative way to stretch every muscle in your lower body with this Calf Stretcher. Whatever the fitness levels, the calf stretcher can be used by anyone. You can target your calf muscles at both ends of their stretch range and Achilles tendon as well as the back of the knee to aid post workout recovery.

What is differentiates this calf master is that rocks back and forth to also work your core while delivering an excellent stretch to your calf muscles. It also improves vertical jump height, clears shin splits, and helps clear tender Achilles, foot, and lower leg pain.
